A Field of View is an area of understanding. At the Organic Field School, Gardens of Eagan organic farming systems are viewed and aired through integrated and practical lenses; in the form of, in-the-field farmer workshops, on-the-farm tours, organic research and outreach, seed breeding, demonstrations and community involvement.
